Privacy policy

sagent is a personal tool used only by its owner, Sebastian Russo, with his own Google account.

• What it accesses: read-only access to the owner's Gmail (scope gmail.readonly). It cannot send, delete, label or modify mail.
• How it is used: to find tasks the owner may want to track. Suggestions are shown only to the owner, and nothing is added to his task list without his approval.
• Storage: processing happens on the owner's own computer. Only short excerpts and message identifiers are stored locally; full message bodies are not stored.
• Sharing: data is not sold, shared or used for advertising. Excerpts may be sent to the owner's AI model provider solely to generate suggestions.
• Revoking access: at any time from your Google Account under Security → Third-party apps.

sagent's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
